Our trained Office Squared Receptionist will answer your calls in your company’s name in a professional and courteous manner. Call instructions and the script that the receptionist reads when answering your call can be edited by you anytime via Propiti.

Customised call handling

Detailed customised instructions can be set by you via Propiti as to how your calls are to be handled. For instance, your calls may be transferred directly to your voicemail, mobile, home or other numbers upon your request according to different conditions such as time of day or who the caller is. Never miss an enquiry to your business. Your Virtual Receptionist has the capacity to hold up to six incoming calls for your company. Phone calls to your business will never go unanswered.

After hours functionality

After hours, your calls will be automatically diverted to your office handset. If you are not available, the caller will be diverted to your voicemail, where the caller can leave a detailed message or dial 1 to reach you on your mobile. You may alternatively want to divert to another number of your choice from your voicemail. This number can be set by you online in Propiti.
