Business Voicemail

Voicemail is a centralized system of managing incoming telephone with a recorded menu of choices.
When you receive a voicemail, your Office Squared handset will notify you with a message-waiting indicator red light.
You can access your voicemail service via your handset or an external line.

• Answer multiple phone calls at the same time.
• Store incoming voice messages in your personalised mailbox.
• Enable you to forward received messages to another user’s voice mailbox.
• Send messages to one or more other voice mailboxes.
• Add a voice introduction to a forwarded message.
• Save voice messages for retrieval later.
• Make calls to a telephone or paging service to notify you that a message has arrived in your mailbox.

• Capability to check voicemails while you are out of the office.

Voicemail to Email

Office Squared’s voicemail systems can be enhanced with an email integration feature. You will receive a .wav file recording of voicemail messages left for you via an email attachment. This .wav file is playable on all major operating systems such as Windows XP or Mac OS X.

• You will be able to view Caller-ID, date, time, and duration for each voicemail.
• You can update your email address according to where you
• would like to receive this notification.
• This powerful tool is useful for when you are travelling or in constant meetings and would like to receive your voice messages in a timely fashion.
• When Voicemail to Email is enabled you can play back your messages through your PC/SmartPhone without even accessing your voicemail system.
• You can also forward your voice messages to anyone else via email or save them to your hard drive.

Voicemail Diversion

Our Voicemail Diversion service ensures that your callers will always be able to contact you if you wish.
When an incoming call is not answered within a specified time frame on your handset, it will automatically be diverted to the voicemail system.

This voicemail system can then give the caller the option to record a message or alternatively the caller can dial 1 to be transferred to another number of your choosing. This number can be any number you choose such as your mobile or home number.

Your dial 1 number can be modified by you in Propiti anytime, anywhere.
