Should you require IT assistance or troubleshooting, you will receive IT support within a 1 hour response time, during business hours Monday to Friday. After hours, the response time is within approximately 6 hours. A team of approximately 100 IT professionals are available to support you around the globe. All matters can be handled by the experienced team and special requests will be charged at 10 minutes minimum for the call plus additional team service time.
